Once you’re ready, select your package, sign the contract, and pay your deposit to secure your spot. Now you’re officially booked!
I already have a logo. Can you do my website?
A logo alone isn’t quite enough for us to build around. We need a complete brand identity, colors, typography, and a real sense of your visual direction, so every page feels intentional and consistent, not just wrapped around a single file. If your brand isn’t established, we can help with that!
Do you have payment plans?
Yes! Once your proposal is finalized, you’ll choose the payment plan that works best for you as part of booking.
Do you have a refund policy?
We work closely with you throughout the project to make sure you’re happy with the result before it’s considered complete. Once a project is finished, we don’t offer refunds, the work is custom to your business and represents real time and effort already completed. If you need to cancel partway through, you’ll be responsible for paying for the work done up to that point.
Can you just add a page to my existing website?
No, we don’t work within existing sites, since we have no way of knowing what we’d be walking into behind the scenes. We design every site from the ground up, so the whole thing looks cohesive and actually represents your brand, not just one new page bolted onto an old foundation.
What platform do you design on?
We design our sites on WordPress. It’s flexible, well-supported, and gives you real ownership of your site. It also plays well with almost any tool or integration you might need down the line. If you already have a site on another platform, we can help move your domain over.
What do you need from me before we start?
Once you’re booked, you’ll get access to our client portal in Notion, where you’ll find your “homework”: questionnaires to fill out and a spot to upload anything that applies to your project. It’s all laid out clearly so nothing gets missed, and so our time together stays efficient once we get started.
